Every summer, Omaha Magazine invites the community to recognize the businesses they enjoy most by voting in the annual Best of Omaha contest. Although voting takes place in 2026, you’re helping choose the 2027 Best of Omaha winners.
Why Your Vote Matters
Each year, the Best of Omaha contest gives people throughout the Omaha area an opportunity to recognize the local businesses they appreciate most. The voting process is designed to encourage fair participation, with one ballot allowed per verified email address and safeguards to help maintain the integrity of the results. Every vote represents someone who wants to support a local business.
For a small family entertainment business like ours, your support truly makes a difference.
Because of the incredible support from customers, event guests, blog readers, friends, families, and others throughout the community, Allen Dean Davis Entertainment (Allen The Balloon Man) was honored to receive the Best of Omaha Family Entertainment award in 2022 and 2025. Those awards were made possible simply because so many people took a few moments to cast their vote.

It helps introduce our balloon art and family entertainment to new families, schools, libraries, churches, businesses, and community organizations throughout the Omaha area. It also reminds us how fortunate we are to serve a community that values fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

How to Vote
Voting only takes a few minutes!
1. Register or Sign In
If you’ve voted in previous years, simply sign in using the same email address. If you’re new to Best of Omaha, create a free account.
Important: After registering, you’ll receive a verification email. Open that email and click the verification link before continuing with your ballot.
2. Open the Ballot
Use the link below or scan the QR code on this page. It will automatically open the ballot with Allen Dean Davis Entertainment already selected in the Family Entertainment category.
If you choose not to use the link or QR code, simply locate Allen Dean Davis Entertainment (Allen The Balloon Man) in the Family Entertainment category and select it manually.
3. Vote in Four Additional Categories
To submit a valid ballot, you’ll need to vote in five (5) total categories. Since Allen Dean Davis Entertainment is already selected when using the special link or QR code, you’ll only need to choose four additional businesses in any other categories you’d like.
4. Submit Your Ballot
After you’ve completed all five categories, submit your ballot. Once submitted, you’re all set!
