Allen The Balloon Man likes to make large Halloween Balloon creations. For past Halloween events, he has made a 6 foot tall balloon monster and about a 6 foot to 7 foot tall balloon witch. One person had this balloon witch displayed at the place she worked at. The balloon monster was displayed in a garage on Halloween night while the kids came for “Trick or Treating”. One neat feature of the witch balloon item is that you can take off the head and use it as a fun mask you can wear.
